Refund Policy - the basics
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues:
The timeframe for asking for a refund; 30 days from delivery of the item
Will the refund be full or partial; If there is a flaw in or a problem with an item the buyer may ask for a full or partial refund. The site owner has full discretion to issue a full or partial refund to the buyer. Should the buyer desire a full refund the expectation will be that the buyer will return the item and pay return shipping costs.
Are there exceptions; Sure, the artists on this site truly want your experience here to be positive. However, It is a business relationship and there may be disagreement. This site will strive in good faith to satisfy the customer. But may not be able to totally satisfy all customer demands.
