Shipping Policy - the basics

A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both the customer and the seller.  Customers benefit from being informed about what they can expect when they make a purchase. The seller benefits because hopefully, buyers will more be likely to shop when there is a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about shipping timeframes or processes.

We will try to the best of our ability to ship your item in 1 to 3 BUSINESS days from your time of purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays as your item will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.  This is a site run by the artist.  Should something like a vacation occur that will delay your item's delivery it will say clearly on the site that the artist is on holiday and explain what you should expect for shipping.

Unless otherwise stated in a listing, shipping / handling / packaging is included in the price of the item for United States addresses and territories.
